Payment Policy

At Quick Taxi Brugge, we strive to make the payment process clear, fair, and convenient for all passengers.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (EUR) to the driver (upon pickup or at the end of your ride)

  • Major debit/credit cards (subject to availability of card terminal in the vehicle)

  • Bank transfer (only for approved corporate or account customers)

Please mention your preferred payment method when booking to ensure we accommodate your needs.

Fare Estimates:
Fare estimates can be provided during booking based on trip distance, vehicle type, and timing. Estimated Fare Calculator also can be used through our website for selected pickup and Drop off Locations. Final fare may vary due to traffic conditions, waiting time, Special requests (like Child Seat etc) and additional stops.

Note:  Fare Estimate Calculator is just an estimate, please call us to confirm your exact Fare. 

Flat Rates:
Fixed rates apply to certain services such as airport transfers or cruise port transfers. These will be communicated in advance and confirmed during booking.

Receipts:
Receipts are available upon request. If paying by card or bank transfer, a digital receipt can be sent via email or SMS.

Corporate Accounts:
Business clients with approved corporate accounts may be invoiced weekly or monthly. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

Payment Issues:
Failure to pay the agreed fare may result in refusal of future service and, if necessary, legal action. If there is a dispute regarding charges, please contact us within 7 days
