Reporting a Lost Item:
If you believe you left something in one of our taxis, please contact us promptly with the following details:
Your full name
Date and time of your ride
Pick-up and drop-off locations
Description of the lost item
Any known details about the taxi or driver (e.g., taxi number, driver’s name)

Timeframe for Reporting:
To maximize the chances of recovery, please report your lost item within 48 hours of your trip. While we will still assist after that, timely reporting improves the likelihood of finding the item.
What Happens Next:
We will contact the driver and inspect the vehicle for the lost item.
If the item is found, we will contact you to arrange its return.
Items are kept securely until collection or delivery is arranged.
Returning Your Item:
We offer two convenient return options:
In-person handover at a mutually agreed public location within Brugge
Courier delivery at your expense, especially for valuable or fragile items
To ensure proper handling, proof of identity or ownership may be required.
Unclaimed Items:
Items not claimed within 30 days of recovery may be donated or responsibly disposed of, in line with local guidelines.
