Cancellations:
How to Cancel:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by phone at +32 479 390 222 or email info@quicktaxibruuge.com.
Cancellation Timeframe:
To avoid any cancellation fees, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 2 hour before the scheduled pick-up: No fee
Cancellations made within 2 hour of the scheduled pick-up: 50% of the fare may be charged
Cancellations made after the driver has arrived at the pick-up location or failed to show: Full fare may be charged
No-Show Policy:
A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to be present at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notice.
In the event of a no-show, Quick Taxi Brugge will wait for 5 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.
After this waiting period, if the passenger has not arrived or contacted us, the booking will be canceled and a no-show fee equal to the full fare will apply.
To avoid no-show charges, please ensure you are ready and available at the agreed pick-up location on time.
Important Notes:
Refunds for cancellation fees are subject to review and may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
