At Quick Taxi Brugge, we are committed to providing a smooth and dependable booking experience through phone and direct communication.

Booking Methods:
Bookings can be made by calling us directly or via SMS/WhatsApp. You can easily book by contacting us directly via phone or WhatsApp. We also accept booking requests through email. Advance notice is highly recommended, especially for airport transfers, group travel, and peak hours.

Booking Confirmation:
Once your booking is received and confirmed by our team, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing all relevant trip details. Please verify this information and inform us immediately if anything needs to be corrected.

Same-Day Bookings:
We do accept same-day bookings depending on driver and vehicle availability. During busy periods, waiting times may be longer than usual.

Modifications:
If your plans change, please notify us as early as possible (preferably at least 2 hours before pickup) so we can adjust or reschedule your booking accordingly.

Invalid or Incomplete Requests:
We may decline booking requests that lack essential trip details (e.g. pickup location, time) or fall outside our regular service area.

Special Requests:
Please inform us in advance if you require assistance with luggage, a larger vehicle, or accessibility needs (e.g., baby seats or wheelchair support). While we’ll do our best to accommodate, availability may vary.
